RESEARCH
HCE considers research a very important mission. Having strong and efficient staff with nearly 40 years of experience in training and research, and with its active and proper policies in terms of international cooperation, HCE has conducted many research programs with such partners and donors as ADB, IDRC, EEPSEA, ICCO, UNDP, etc. These have partly proved its expertise in conducting economic research, including capability in undertaking economic evaluation, field surveys, household surveys, etc. Budget for research activity is increasing, which indicates the importance attached to research of HCE and activeness and positiveness of the researchers and staffs in HCE.
With the policy to attach special importance to scientific research activity, HCE has issued guidelines to promote research activity, encouraging students to do research, and increasing the number of research. Budget for research activity is mobilized from various sources: state budget, university budget, and budget from cooperated programs with local and international enterprises and institutions. Publication of research results is also encouraged.
