TRAINING
HCE has cooperation linkages with Hanoi National University, Institute of Finance and many other universities and institutions in Vietnam. Currently HCE is cooperating with 14 centers of frequent education of all the provinces in Central region of Vietnam and Tay Nguyen and some other localities from Thanh Hoa to Ninh Thuan. HCE has successfully met the demand of high-quality staffs for the cause of socio economic development of the localities. In addition, HCE currently offers training programs for ethnic people according to the policy of Ministry of Education and Training.

Training Curriculum
The training curriculum in HCE is designed based on the frame curriculum set by Ministry of Education and Training. It is made fitted to the missions, educational objectives and responsibilities of HCE, at the same time linking with the learning demand of learners and the human resource demand of the labor market. With diversified training systems, HCE aims to meet various demands of learners and the labor market.
The training curriculum is frequently renovated and updated to get optimal efficiency. It is periodically checked and adjusted on the basis of the opinions of the staffs, students and the related partners obtained from conferences and workshops, thus making it better meet the demand of learners and the society.
